Reflexology stimulates acupressure points on the feet, hands and ears that correspond to organs, glands and parts of the body. Applying pressure to ease tension, tightness and tenderness in these areas has a highly beneficial effect upon the whole body. Reflexology:

Prices:

Rate: $95 / hour  

Initial consultation: usually 1.25 hours (includes an individualised reflexology self -treatment plan, a foot map and reflexology ball). 

Follow up sessions are 1 hour

Cancellation policy: If less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If you fail to attend the full fee is payable. This can be exempt in cases of emergency.

Ayurvedic Foot Massage:

• Balances and cleanses the internal organs

Ayurvedic Hand Massage:

• Vitalises the whole being

Ayurvedic hand and foot massage focuses on promoting a harmonious flow of life energy through energy centres of the feet and hands. These energy centres strengthen organs and body functions and can assist in alleviating diseases and imbalances.
